I discovered yoga in high school after a string of failed sporting attempts (I have two left feet). After prompting from my mum, I tried out a few different styles of yoga. Eventually I found and fell in love with the fluidity of Vinyasa style and the physical (including increased co-ordination) and mental benefits that followed. In 2014 I shook my life up, signing up to undertake my teacher training and packed up my life, moving from Melbourne to Brisbane.
My yoga practice helps me to feel my healthiest and most content and I love sharing that with others. I teach vinyasa yoga a with an emphasis on alignment and correct bio mechanics. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and have completed my Dip. of Remedial Massage. I think a holistic approach to health can benefit everyone and taking time for yourself to breathe, relax and heal is one of the best remedies for the busy modern day life.

Coming from a background in Gymnastics, I first began practicing Yoga as a way to stay connected to my love of strong, flexible body movement. The more I embraced the Yogic lifestyle, the more I experienced the overwhelming benefits it had to offer the mind, body and spirit.
My practice helped me to overcome a long term struggle with anxiety and body image issues, as well as allowing me to feel more connected to the world around me. From this grew a great passion and a desire to share Yoga with others.
Through teaching I aim to inspire those around me to live life to its fullest potential. My Vinyasa Yoga classes have an emphasis on building strength in the body, regaining and maintaining mobility, all while finding those moments of connected bliss & stillness throughout the practice.
